Unfortunately my parents moved away from Schomberg while I was still in junior high @ Nobleton, and I didn't have the opportunity to attend King City SS with so many of the people whose names I remember from the pages here; John Domerchie (with whom I'm still in touch), Danny Dowswell, Patricia Agnew (my spelling bee nemesis whom I could never defeat!), Ken Siderius, Toni Petit (I hope the spelling is correct), Kelly Ponton, Monty Ponton, Doug Lidster, Larry Brown, Peter Gates, Roy Rief, Tommy Ball, Doug Gosbee, and so many others; I hope all are doing well.
Went to kcss good times at the tracks, pizza pizza and record time's set from Micky d's back to school. Any one know L taylor contact info hit me up. Cheers.
Nobody remembers me from the 2010 graduation, also had little to no appearance in the Yearbook, just how I like it.
Made fun of through out high school, and told I wouldn't make it anywhere by many, so thats why I don't show up the yearbook, so you wouldn't remember me.
I still miss Kevin Oriente.
Just wished to express my condolences. Mr Henderson was truly a Great teacher and I can recall quite fondly (30 years later) many of his witty comments and words of wisdom. Of several superior teachers at KCSS I would single him out as having a unique ability to prepare my thought process for University. And I still enjoy squash and a nice glass of Port to this day.
My condolences go out to the Henderson family. He was one of my fav teacher's back in the day 81-86 ,always fun class to be in great teacher .
Peter was a fine gentleman and a great teacher. He will be sadly missed.
For all teachers and former students who knew Peter Henderson, you should know that he passed away on December 5th after a long illness. Peter's funeral was attended by many former colleagues and students who came to appreciate his sense of humour and devotion to teaching. He would want all of us to "press on" and enjoy a fine glass of wine whilst [Peter would always support the use of Olde English] watching season 3 of Downton Abbey.
Many thanks go to Chris Ballard and his wife, Audrey, for caring for Peter in his final years.
